Pricing and Payment Arrangements

The rental price for the upper floor (OG) per week (five full days + one arrival and departure day) € 600.00.

The rental price for the upper floor and the attic (floor + floor) per week (five full days + one arrival and departure day) € 1,200.00.

The price includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

The attic can not be rented individually, only in combination with the upper floor.

At the conclusion of the lease, 20 percent of the rent will be due. The balance is to be transferred before departure.
